Activities

A coordinator is still needed for this activity. This has been a popular
activity in the past and we would like to offer it again this year. The
date has been selected based on the timing of last year's event and
most likely the facility we used before would be glad to welcome us
back. Therefore this would be a relatively easy event to plan.
