Planning an Activity
If members assist in the planning of club events we can sustain a level of
social activity allowing all members to enjoy the activities as well as share
the work load associated with setting up the events.


An Event Coordinator is responsible for:

1) contacting the facility

2) setting up the date and time

3) setting a deadline for reservations
(if applicable)

4) determining a participant cost (if any)

5) submitting form to club e-mail (in word format or a pdf file ready to be posted)

6) collecting all fees for the event

7) answering any questions participants may have

8) determine if there are enough participants to hold the activity
(when there is a cost)

Only one household is needed to coordinate an activity. However, as a coordinator if you need
to solicit assistance in making collars for parades or preparing dog treats for holiday parties
please feel free to solicit other club members for help.
